Poached salmon fillets recipe with thyme

A delicious poached salmon receipe with tasty herbs.

1-1/4 pounds skinless, boneless salmon cut into 4 equal-size pieces

6 sprigs fresh thyme

1 bay leaf

2 whole cloves

4 whole black peppercorns

1/2 teaspoon salt

Put the fish fillets in a shallow saucepan with enough water to cover them. Add the reamining ingredients. Bring the water to a boil and cover the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
